What is the difference between the Standard and Emergency options?

  •  Emergency Assistance:
  • Top priority processing. Your application is submitted within 4 hours (provided you are within the legal 72-hour window before arrival).
  •  Standard Assistance:
  • Your application is processed based on departure priority. Submission is guaranteed within a maximum of 14 hours after the official window opens.
  •  Note: Processing is often faster than the stated timeframe, depending on demand.

​Why has my application not been processed yet?

This is due to a technical requirement: applications can only be submitted to the official system within 72 hours before your arrival.

Your request is securely queued in our priority system and will be automatically submitted as soon as the legal window opens.

There is no need to contact us before this time.

​When will I receive my TDAC (official document required to enter Thailand)?

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive your official document by email from:

​Is my data secure?

Your data is used solely for processing your request and is deleted after your TDAC has been issued.

We apply strict security measures to ensure the confidentiality of your information.

Can I modify my application after submission?

Please note that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

In case of errors, we cannot be held responsible for any rejection by the authorities. Any modification after submission may result in additional processing fees.

Can I get a refund?

By validating your order, you request the immediate execution of our service.

Once processing has begun, no refunds can be issued.
